There are lots of areas I can improve just by thinking from that perspective. I fall into that a lot in every area of my life. I do have to stop, check in with myself to see if its time to stop, erase words, listen more, write less. Ok . Its time for me to 'stop the chatter'.BeadZPassionistahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17388404747793813563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7645175337133569991.post-43802223941562113132015-01-24T04:28:20.794-06:002015-01-24T04:28:20.794-06:00I started to make the shift in December last year ...I started to make the shift in December last year when I finally took the bull by the horn and decided that I would focus on what I did best and not make areas where I needed to enhance my learning become a focus point. I also let go of what was not working and found my focus and regained time. Also the therapeutic art process work I've done has contributed so much to me being less "head-centric" and more soul centred. When going to work (that can be a drudge sometimes) I look for ways to make it enjoyable and to see it as a positive experience. Since I am in retail (for now), I can sense the positive response from customers. It also makes the day go faster and better.KmBennetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17605082021555607006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7645175337133569991.post-68457246601002179142015-01-23T12:13:37.617-06:002015-01-23T12:13:37.617-06:00Shannon, Moving forward this year to take step to ...Shannon, Moving forward this year to take step to get out of my comfort zone.
